Design of a High-Precision Integrated Operational Amplifier

An integrated bipolar operational amplifier with high precision and low offset was developed based on the fundamental principle and some key techniques,such as bias-current-cancellation and offset trimming.Test results show that the operational amplifier has an offset voltage of 10 μV,an offset current of 1 nA,an open-loop gain of 120 dB and a unity gain bandwidth of 680 kHz.
