Risk evaluation is important in the software project management and essential factor for achieving the target.There are several factors related to risk evaluation which is unable to be judged by a single method.Improved fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is effective for risk evaluation,which applies qualitative and quantitative judgments.The evaluation indicators are established by risk identification.With the method,the risk order is arranged and the key risk factor can be recognized.The feasibility is validated by carrying out the comprehensive evaluation on salary management system.By risk evaluation,project plan and resources allocation can be implemented.
