The Construction of the New Relation Between Authors and Editors of University Journal

At present,the main problems between the editors and authors are errors in recognition,the nonsymbiotics in the cooperative relations and the single linear in the information communication,which often make the editors and authors can not understand each other,or even lead the misunderstanding bwtween them.For this reason,in order to construct the new relation between authors and editors,the errors in recognition have to be expelled to refled to reflect the editor's principle of objectivity,impartiality,and fairness when they select the manuscripts;interact diversification has to be established between authors and editors to reflect the symbiotic relaon between them;the multi-channel communication has to built to realize the pluralistic mergence of the cognitive aspects,emotional attitudes and academic values of authors and editors;Finally,much attention paid on the growth and cultivation of the young authors can realize the relation between editors and authors developing harmoniously.
