The correlation of the complex spreading code in TD-SCDMA system is analysed, the cross-correlation value of evaluation matrix about complex spreading code is constructed, and a scrambling code planning algorithm based correlative value is proposed which is the weight of code disturbs mutually.Analysis of complex spreading codes and downlink synchronization codes shows that first ensuring the downlink synchronization codes in the adjacent cell does not re-use,thereby ensuring the correlation between scrambling spreading codes and neighbor cell's scrambling spreading code is the best. Finally, the proposed new method is implemented in the network optimization software.
