Management information system of Jiangsu geological environment based on VC and ArcObjects

The ComGIS is the mainstream in GIS technology development. The author presented the method of concept and technique of ComGIS, with focus on the texture and hiberarchy of ArcObjects component developed by ESRI Inc. The authors carried out a macro-design based on the characteristics of Jiangsu geological environment information and developed using AO component in Visual environment. Spatial and attribute data is compactly related with modularized programming. Integrative management about graphics, attribute and interrelated information were realized.
