Excavating the implied information for choosing referee from manuscripts

Guaranteeing the quality of manuscripts is of the first importance in order to improve the quality of academic journals, and choosing a professional specialist to examine and evaluate the manuscripts is of the most importance. For the gap existing between writers and editors, errors may occur while assigning manuscripts to referees, the chosen specialist sometime is not quite fit to the field of manuscripts, rendering delays, drawbacks or even missing. In order to raise the accuracy and improve the proficiency, editors should excavate information as much as possible for choosing appropriate referees. It is discussed these kind of information among combinational parts of manuscripts based on the basic structure of manuscripts.
