Moisture rate of rice varieties were measured by capacitance method.The results show that: conductivity increases with increasing frequency,capacitance decrease with the test frequency increasing.When the excitation frequency is 1 MHz,the capacitance values are not changed with the bias.The dielectric constants of 4 rices with different moisture content are measured through capacitive sensing system.The results show that: in certain test conditions,the dielectric constant is increased with the moisture rate,and has the correlation coefficient of 0.933 4.
