The cyber trend of education is inexorable for the modern education development. To clear up the moral problems which may appear in its process and make it proceed healthily, it's necessary to bring forth the moral guidance expl icitly, in which three moral requires should be established, that is, setting co rresponding rules in ethics respectively to educators, educatees and cyber admi nistrators.
