Along with the quickly grownth of internet financial,the problem of consumer rights protection is increasing prominently. Although most of financial consumers get the convenience and profit,but at the same time,the right to know,fair dealings,choice and relief of consumers are infringed. To protect the financial consumer rights better,we should perfect the internet financial products' legal system,supervision system and strength the risk education of consumers.
