Design and Implementation of Call-Agent Server Based on MGCP Protocol

Proposes a solution of realizing call agent server based on MGCP protocol, the solution adopts modularization idea, constructs the realization model of call agent server,designs the interface of each model, designs each sub -module detailedly. The experimentation shows that the CA can commendably establish and release the call between two parties, has some applied value.
