The Problems and Countermeasures for the back Issue Service in College's Library

Back issue is an important portion of college's document service system. But this kind of resource is set aside and wasted because of some reasons such as management. In order to deal these problems, we need to improve our management and our service to make full use of the collection of back issues in college's library.
