A kind of digital electronic desktop scale based on STC89C516RD

A kind of digital electronic desktop scale is developed.The elastic beam with two holes is used in the system as the elastic sensitive element.The STC89C516RD+ is used as the central controller,the data acquisition hardware system is based on the level type design concept and Altium Designer platform,and the C language is chosen to compile the data processing software.The principle of the digital electronic desktop scale and its framework,the main design methods of the mechanical key components,the data acquisition and the processing software and hardware subsystem are described in the paper.Then,the software flow chart and the system test data are also given in the paper.The system is tested and calibrated according to the GB/T 7723—2002 Stationary Electronic Scale,and it shows that the system is not only simple in structure,flexible in operations and energy-saving,but also strong in electromagnetic compatibility,all technical specifications of the whole system complies with the national standard grade III.
