Maximal idempotent-generated subsemigroups of PO_n

In this paper,the semigroup POn of all singular partial order-preserving transformations on a finie chain is studied.By analyzing the idempotent elements,the strucres and classification of the maximal idempotent-generated subsemigroups of POn are obtained.
