Evaluationt of Spaceflight TT&C Mission on Base of Fuzzy Collect Theory

To estimate overall the quality of spaceflight TTC mission, integrate estimate method is put forward about quality evaluation in this paper. According to characteristic of spaceflight TTC mmision, mostly factor of evaluation is analysed. Fill making use of orderliness of measure data, creating question of evaluation matrix \$R\$ is succeed solved. Target system of fuzzy evaluation is accidence established. Evey target power layer and calculating method of integration evaluation is confirmed. The results show the presented method is feasible and effective, it is put forward on infection of by measure object and environment, evaluation and decision-making is combined at one time.
