Analyze the Intra Prediction Used in H.264
Yunhong Zhong · Journal of Guizhou University · 2007
H.264 adopted much brand new technology as a new international standard, such as UVLC,intra prediction, motion estimation with high precision and multimode,4X4 integer DCT transform and quantization, encoding syntax with layered and so on.With these algorithms the encoding performance is highly boost. So it's meaningful to research and analyze intra prediction and evaluate the performance of algorithms used in H.264,and it is also usefully to design a fast encoding algorithm.
