To evaluate the effectiveness of C~4 ISR system under complex battlefield conditions,is widespread con- cerned.By adopting social network analysis as theoretical basis, the FINC methodology provides a quantitative ap- proach for modeling and analyzing C~4ISR architectures. This paper presents four paradigms of C~4ISR system model which are constructed based on FINC methodology, and analyses the effectiveness performance of all these C~4ISR ar- chitectures under different combinations of intelligence credible factor and enemy mobility factor. The results of analy- sis predict that the centralized C~4 ISR system with information sharing performs best when battlefield tempo is slow, while the distributed C~4 ISR system is fit for fast battlefield tempo in which ease the information delay is a bottleneck for information sharing.
