Research on spatial reference system based on component

Spatial reference system is the frame of describing spatial character of object on the earth and it is the base of GIS.According to spatial reference model of ArcGIS and conforming to the specification about map projection and component object released by OGC,the spatial referencecomponentis designed and implemented.Firstly,the project and spatialreference are researched,and the importance of spatial reference is introduced,then the architecture of the spatial reference system is given,finally the problem and way of enhancing the practicability of the system is discussed.
