With the wide application of computers, the issue of computer crimes is increasingly becoming prominent. Starting on the current social reality, an analysis of the social cognition and motives of the subjects of the crimes, and of the psychological effects of the public attitude on them is imperative and urgent for the prevention and education on computer crimes.
