The copyright system is being perfected facing challenges taken by replication techniques,with the fast development and widespread use of digital technologies,many new problems in the protection of copyright as a result of declining cost and more convenience of copyright infringement.Administrative and Criminal Protection of Copyright would play more important role to deal with more destructive copyright infringement.
