The Application of Distributed Supervisory System Based on Citect in Threshing Re-dry Product Line

In accordance with the features and control requirements of Threshing Re-dry product line.The SCADA system is established by the architecture of PC+ Ethernet+ PLC +Interbus and the computer supervisory control program is designed by Citect, then the real-time multi-distributed supervisory control system is realized by the whole system. System composition, configuration of hardware and software, communication scheme, design of configuration software and the realization of production management function are expounded. The system practical operation on product line since August 2003 showed that the system is effective, reliable, offers more flexibility and improves the automation degree of tobacco leaf production. The obvious economic effective is gained.
