This paper demonstrates a improved model of QoS (Quality of Service),and describes how to accept and expand to the UDDI (Universal Description Discovery and Intergration) for system.Then,it expatiates different parts of the model from domain expert,service provider and service requester,including management of domain,management of indicator,management of service,sort of service and feedback of service.
