Design and Development of Monitoring System for Automobile Final Assembly Line

Based on an automobile assembly plant production project and Siemens WINCC configuration-based software and the industrial Ethernet technology,this article designs a monitor system.Combined with the actual production process,the paper proposes and establishes the whole control scheme,including the composition of hardware and software,and analyzes the problems of the design process. After the actual commissioning and operation,the result shows that the establishment of the system has improved the level of industrial production and information management,promoted information technology in-depth workshop and the enterprise production capacity,and improved the comprehensive competitiveness.
