On the Speech Power Privation of Social Tour Guides and the Countermeasures

Nowadays,social tour guides are the key force of guide procession.On account of the legal flaw and the imperfectness of the functions of management organizations,as well as the weakness of subject consciousness of social tour guides,the equal dialogue mechanism between the social tour guides and travel agencies have not been established yet.Thus,the social tour guides cannot protect their legitimate rights and interests.To avoid this social phenomenon,we should find ways to protect the speech power of the social tour guides and form dialogue mechanism among the government,social tour guides,tourist service center and the travel agencies.Followings are the main methods: to amend the current laws,to perfect the functions of tourist service centers and to strengthen the subject consciousness of the social tour guides.
