The Digital Storage Program of Paper Documents

The paper firstly introduces the importance of digital storage for paper documents,then analyses the design of digital storage. Secondly,the paper explores how to change the paper-based documents into electronic documents and the implementation of electronic document storage. The research of the paper effenctively guarantees the document management of e-government systems.
