The Application of Oracle WebServer4.0 and PL/SQL

The paper discusses the mechanisms of the Oracle WebServer 4.0, the powerful Internet product of Oracle. Further, PL/SQL procedure programming, one efficient way of creating dynamic HTML is proposed and a prototype of PL/SQL procedure program is given.
