Research on DDoS Defense Technology Based on Ant Colony Optimization

Distributed Denial of Service(DDoS) is one of the most serious network attacks.this paper proposes a secure defense model based on digital ant for Web information system.By computing the resources correlation of peers by Ant Colony Optimization(ACO) algorithm,a defense alliance model against DDoS is constructed.A defense mechanism with swarm intelligence and concertedness is realized,which includes certaining DDoS attack method,tagging datagram and limiting flows.
