On Negative Effects and Countermeasures in College Electronic Reading Rooms

The development of college electronic reading room has improved modern services of college libraries,but there were also negative effects: indulgence on the internet,difficulty in security control,hidden dangers of unsanitary indoor surroundings,and overflowed wastes or unhealthy materials and so on.Based on this analysis,countermeasures were put forward accordingly.
