The sophisticated implementation of RSVP protocol in the QoS_aware applications becomes one of the bottlenecks to applyRSVP protocol to stream media system. The method of RSVP protocol implementation in the stream media system is presented,which-based on the Windows platform and on the stream media system where RTP/RTCP protocols is implemented without modifying the sourcecode.Via the integration of the method of RLR(RSVP Library redirection) and the technique of Microsoft winsock2 GQoS(genericquality of service),the resources are reserved for stream media system.
