Design of Serial Communication Protocols between Personal Computer and SCM

This paper introduces the definitions and the functions of serial communication protocols, and gives out an idea based on the project of frame format to design a normative serial communication protocol, by which we can work out simple and credible programs about serial communication, which are easy to fulfill serial communication between Personal Computer and SCM.
