Dempster-Shafer Evidence Theory in the Multi-mode Compound Guidance System Based on Decision Fusion

Jian Chen · Guidance and Fuze · 2005

Analyzes and compares some methods in the field of decision fusion. Discusses Dempster-Shafer evidence theory, presents the Dempster-Shafer evidence theory based on quasi Bayesian structure, and gives the application of Dempster-Shafer evidence theory in the multi-mode compound guidance system based on decision fusion. The result of simulation shows that the Dempster-Shafer evidence theory based on quasi Bayesian structure can reduce the indeterminacy probability in the target recognition of the multi-mode compound guidance system effectually and improve the recognition of target.
