A CMOS Bandgap Reference Circuit Design

Bandgap reference(BGR) is widely used in lots of analog integrated circuits,and its performance has important effects on these systems.A bandgap reference based on 0.18u CMOS process is presented,Hspice simulation results show that the designed circuit can work well at 2.2V supply voltage,the output reference voltage is 1.232V,and has good temperature performance,can used in power IC or analog-digital mixed IC.
