Introducing ComGIS technology to contemporary property management enables GIS to accomplish the transformation from ex-pert tools into capture information technology for the public.Based on the Property Management of ComGIS Technology,the system structure and function modules have been designed and analyzed in this theme.There are significant effects through utilization of ArcGIS Engine for Comprehensive integrated Property Management System.It has been demonstrated that applying ComGIS into today’s property management is feasible during daily practices.And this will become the new directions for the development of information and intelligence based community.
