On the basis of study on application of GIS technology in Qinglinghe large-scale irrigation district,an irrigation management system for irrigation district was established.This system adopted the design principle of layering and modularizing,realized the unification management of graph, letter,and table.Furthermore,the electric management mode for the management of hydraulic engineering,crops planting,balance between water supply and consume,and water intake and distribution was achieved.
