As a new form of digital resource,electronic books have become future trend of books market.According to the demand for children's books and language e-book,this paper explores the synchronous voice techniques of e-books based on EPUB and SMIL in the the iBooks environment.Finally,this paper analyzes the method to design synchronous voice e-books.
