Nomological Analysis of the Conflicts of Interest in the Process of Sharing Information Resource

In the process of information resource sharing,there are many conflicts of interests because different people try for their interests.First,the author analyses the reasons of conflicts of interests in the process of information resource sharing,then points out from nomological point of view that the reasons are the boundaries of information rights are faint and intersected,information rights are abused,information rights are mutual,and puts forward the solving approaches and principles in the process of solving conflicts of interests.
