Programming for Easing State Nodes in Explicit Multicast

In this paper, we propose a mechanism which based on Explicit Multicast and Genetic Algorithm. It can minimize the number of routers with forworing states to free the routers in multicast trees. We can see from the algorithm and its test, the mechanism can save the resource of network effectively.
