File Operation Based on PB BLOB

Binary large object (BLOB) file can be operated with using PowerBuilder BLOB data type. The transformation between BLOB and file was realized through self-defined f_readfile and f_writefile. File-cut and file-join was completed with self-defined f_cutfile and f_joinfile. On the base of above self-defined functions, BLOB data was modified and compiled to accomplish operation of files indirectly.
