Design and Implementation on the Platform Software of Water-logging Disaster Data Information Sharing in Middle-lower Yangtze River Basin

Water-logging is a common crop disaster in the middle-lower Yangtze River basin. In order to make convenient research on water-logging, this paper designed a data information sharing platform of water-logging disaster in Yangtze river 's middle-low reaches, which stored information including crop planting, water-logging disaster, meteorological conditions, hydrological conditions, elevation, soil conditions, tillage methods, irrigation and drainage conditions and crop traits in county unit of Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi, Jiangsu, Anhui province in the MYSQL Database as information source. Using Openlayers, users could visit GeoServer of the server to query the WEBGIS data, which provided an information platform for the research on the prevention and control technology of main crop water-logging disaster, and realize the visual sharing of data. The system was released successfully, operating well, and played an important role in water-logging disaster prevention and control study.
