Design and Simulation Analysis of Feeding Mechanism in Minitype Sugarcane Harvester

Virtual prototype, which refers to the prototype theory and technical realization of multi-kinematics and multi-dymatics, is an integrated central information carrier, based on advanced synthetical application technology, including prototype technology, simulation technology, information management technology, interactive user interfacial technology, and vitalizing realization technology. Virtual prototype technology is one of new technology nowadays. In the base of using this technology to research sugarcane harvester, this paper brings forward a type of sugarcane-feeding-setup, and do some simulation analysis on it . In the process of simulation, by modifying the main influencing parameters, we achieve the perfect feeding effect.
