Code instrumentation is one of the key technologies, and high efficient instrumentation is very important to embedded software testing. The instrumentation technology of CodeTest is researched detailed, based on which the new instrumentor is raised, gcc as a development. By adding a new syntax and lexical analyzer, the efficient of instrumentation is improved. Through the experiment, the new instrumentor has smaller expanded rate of code and the excellence of rapid instrumentation. To some extent, it implement high efficient instrumentation.
