Correction of PCR and implementation in MPEG-2 multiplexer

【Abstract】 Based on the constant delay model of MPEG-2 standard, we analyse the reason of unconstant delay in MPEG-2 system and put forward a new method to correct the PCR while keep the constant delay in MPEG-2 remultiplexer. Furthermore the method was realized in MPEG-2 remultiplexer.
