In recent years,with ideas of the information explosion process of water resources to propel water resources modernization,achievements in infrastructure construction,business support system and guarantee for environment construction were obtained.According to present situation of the information explosion process of water resources in Ningxia,the thesis analyzes existing problems during management and construction of information systems,offers networking scheme for current communication network as well as construction ideas of one vertical and four horizontal,hoping to promote the instant and orderly development of the information explosion process of water resources in Ningxia.
