Design and Realization of E-Government Exchanging Platform Based on J2EE

Information exchanging platform is the core component of modern E-Government system.Based on the analyzing of functional requirement of E-Government exchanging platform,the exchanging-logic and functional architecture of the platform are give, build the platform based on J2EE,and used digital certificate to improve its security. The results show that the platform is effective,it solves the problem of module-reusing, system-extending and security,it also supports heterogeneous environment. The operating efficiency of E-Government system is enhanced greatly.
