Position Selection of Surface to Air Missile Troops Based on TOPSIS Method

Position selection is the pre-requisite for surface to air missile troops.Analyzing the main factors affecting the importance of the position,get the numerical value of the factors by Delphi method,get the factors' weight by AHP method,and gives the sequencing criterions by using TOPSIS method.Finally,the exactitude and practicability of the method is proved with a example.
