Research on Particularity of Inheritance of Network Virtual Property——From the Perspective of Network Virtual Property in Narrow Sense

As a new form of property,the network virtual property have the same real right attribution and property attribution as general property,can be inherited by citizens. However,owning to its own particularity,network virtual property is obviously different from traditional real property when it is inherited as heritage. Therefore,when amending Succession Law of China,we need to distinguish it from others and protect it; we should make special regulations by law to safeguard and balance the rights and interests of ancestors,successors and ISP.
