Construction and Application of the Transportation Information Exchange and Sharing Platform

As transportation infomationization develops,the demand of data exchange and sharing is growing.It is an urgent task to establish a platform for exchanging and sharing transportation information.In this paper,the current status and existing problems in transportation infomationization are introduced.Then,the characteristics and requirements of information resources,data model,data structure and the scheme of data exchange are analyzed.By comparing different solutions,it is found that data exchange through middleware is best and its architecture and function modules are described.Finally,the paper discusses the applications of the platform.
