On Key to Information Forecasting Service

This paper sets forth that the key to success of information forecasting mainly depends on the accuracy of collection and process of information resources,the rational degree of selection of forecasting method,and the ability and level of understanding possessed by the intelligence agency,so making the forecasting get the best expected effect.
