Fuzzy evaluating model to evaluate the capability of C~3CM of C~3I system of air defence forces

Through analyzing the system of C~3I of antiaircraft forces, an index system is set up for evaluating capability of C~3CM of C~3I about antiaircraft forces,and AHP is used to ascertain the weight of each factor. At last a practical example is given.
