The contents of iron in 60 leaf samples of Kiwis (30 normal leaf samples, 30 chlorosis leaf samples) in 42 Kiwis gardens in Weihe valley of the center of shaanxi were determined and analysized. It is concluded there is no relativity in total iron and acitive iron in the Kiwis leaf (the coefficient of correlation in normal leaf is 0.28010, the coefficient in chlorosis leaf is 0.14607). In normal leaves ,the scope of total iron and active iron are 164.75±52.10 mg/kg and 67.13±27.63 mg/kg, respecvively. In chlorosis leaves ,the scope of total iron is 166.13±50.52 mg/kg, the active iron is 55.02± 19.68 mg/kg. T test proves that the difference between normal leaf and chlorosis leaf is significant (t 0.01 =2.74) for active iron (t=3.98) as well as active iron/total iron (t=2.85), but the difference of the total iron (t=0.166) isn′t significant.
