A DSP Simulation System Based on Time Simulation Model

In current DSP simulation systems,a correct simulation time without relevant hardware connected is usually not supported.In order to solve this problem,the concept of a time simulation model and several factors involved in it are presented during the design of a DSP simulation system.A software model is built to realize the time simulation model of a specialized DSP named TMS320F2812.As a result,the time for simulating the applications by using the model proves to be close to what it costs to run them on certain hardware.As a result,it is believed that the DSP simulation system using this model is able to meet the requirement of applications for which the simulation time is very important.
